I shoot up from the bed and look around. My Sailor Moon watch doesn’t tick that loudly! It sounded like scratching, and it was coming louder and faster.

Fucking ay, I hate haunted hotel rooms. God, what if a giant teethy orifice comes at me and its covered in black tar? Oh fuck, tar and maggots. Drippy tar covering a set of shitty yellow bloody teeth and maggots coming from it. It was probably one of Tyler’s strange habits, scaring people half to death while in the dark or something. BUT HE’S RIGHT NEXTTOMEANDNOTCOVEREDINTARORMAGGOTS.

So yeah. This is so not my weekend. On Thursday I spent a good portion of my day throwing up and in the ER because I have an infection right near my appendix (whodathunkit?) and today I had to go into the periodontist because my teeth are totally falling out and they’re trying to stop the gums from getting worse. So today they totally numbed me down (they numbed down one part of my nerves that was attached to my right nostril, so I couldn’t fricken’ breathe out of that one properly. At least they didn’t numb down my tongue, but I’m sure they’ll eventually have to when they do the other quadrants) and hacked away my gums and put in some fake bones (I hope its a cow’s bone, because I would hate to have a Jessica Alba moment where I’d open my mouth and spirits from my donor human teeth haunt me ) and then stitched me back up with some fake membrane. I haven’t seen what it looks like yet since I’m not allowed to pull up my lips and check, although John said I looked patchy.

I can feel the sutures sticking out :/ Its a little bizarre. Yeahs.

So right now I’m on a ton of painkillers and antibiotics (for the teeth and the infection). Turns out, the combo can send me into seizures. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay. . . .

It’s less cluttery and hopefully now, the images will load a little faster :] The filesizes are still somewhat large, but they’re as good as they can get without compromising the quality. I used this great Firefox addon called Smush It! to do it :3 Yay!

So for those of you that noticed, I’m fixing up Blargledonuts a little! :O Specifically, the artwork portion. Turns out, there was a way to make the images look like they belong in a gallery by using Wordpress’s “Add an Image” function and using the call like I’ve been using for the WITWIK section. Only like, I also wanted that custom sidebar where the images can be clicked as links as well (as they are now) so I’ve decided to do it manually :B Joy.

But! Luckily, I stumbled across an awesome file optimizer addon for Firefox that smushes up my images without messing up the quality so it can load easier for those with slower connections. It probably means that I’ll have to redo those pages anyway which’ll take a lot of time . . but it’ll be worth it in the end :D Thursdays are the days I refuse to do any schoolwork so I have a couple hours left today :D

I’m also going to redo some of the pages so that it looks less like a mess.

I’ve also done some layout editing :3 The general layout is the same, but it’s going to look a lot less . . cluttery. I’m trying to think of a way to incorporate BD’s general bullshittyness with organization. Speaking of fun and the -organized ending, have you heard of Ronald Jenkee’s “Disorganized Fun”? :O

I suppose I’ve been in an artistic rut lately. And the title doesn’t match the image, since the girl is actually supposed to be the third Elanay only I couldn’t go further with the picture. Turns out, I’m just listening to MGMT’s Electric Feel. Well I suppose I could have, but I didn’t want to and I have too many girls who look like her anyway. Still though. I would like it if I were able to find a jacket with a crazy collar like the one on Elan. :P What can I say?
